What data we collect

When you book: name, phone, email (optional) and booking details (equipment, date, time).

Payments: card details are entered and handled directly by Stripe on its secure page; we never see or store card numbers.

Browsing: only technical cookies/storage needed for the site to work (see Cookie policy).

Why we use it and legal basis

To manage your booking and contact you for confirmation: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Tax and accounting obligations on payments: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).

Site security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

Payments (Stripe)

Online payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., acting as an independent controller for payment data. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Who we share data with

Our website hosting provider, Stripe for payments, and any advisors (e.g. accountant) for legal obligations. If you message us on WhatsApp, data passes through Meta's servers under its terms. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any disputes; tax documents for the period required by law (in Italy usually 10 years).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by contacting the controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (in Italy: garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

We may update this policy; the version in force is always the one published here, with its update date.
